I hate this situation where i have a decent hand on the flop , and i get minraised and i am OOP. He was loose and had reasonable aggression , bit below 2 i think. How to proceed there?
I figured i would lead again on turn and fold to a raise here.

How come we never see your stack size and stats, UC?

Here I think three bet the flop. If he goes over the top, fold, if he calls, maybe push this turn card?

The reason i dont post my stack size is because it takes around 5 minutes for grab'em to load my stats (if it doesnt crash) for each hand.

      That's a bummer.

What do you think about my suggested line?

Hmmm if villian is really so passiv, i would fold flop.
If his "normal" aggressiv, i like call flop + c/c or c/f turn depending on the betsize.
i don´t like b/f turn, because it is easy exploitable and everybody see, that your hand is quite weak.

I was thinking about a 4bet on the flop as well, but if he called i would let the hand go , my hand is too weak to play for a whole stack and i only beat a flush draw.
About b/f , i didnt wanna give him the initiative because then i wouldnt have a clue where i stand when he bets the turn/river. I would also do that with a big hand because i cant rely on him betting again the turn to create a big pot , since i am OOP.
