      With him being IP I don't think he is raising any draws on the turn which imo are the only hands that you have beaten from his raising range . Maybe some AdX hands but I don't assume that based only on 11 hands because you can't know if he is aggro or not with his draws.

      turn is not a good card

      and I don't think he would bluff it with draw while u bet turn

      the hand can be beate by a lot of hands like KQ AJ AT
      I don't think he could raise it with AQ

      I always feel that I´m behind when these players would min-raise on the turn, so really maybe better option would be b/f turn but consider how drawy the board is and that they are sometimes making some kind of moves I think shove with AK is also reasonable
