Call pre should be ok as we are so deep?
Whats the best way to maximise vs his very strong range (he has to have AA/KK for sure on the turn).

I thought about raise on flop but thought it just looked too strong. On turn wanted to make it look like I was trying to buy the pot cheap - should I bet more?

On river, its a bad card in case villain thinks we had flush draw - betsize?

I would make it 40,45 on the turn, as I would do when I float. Also since you put him on AA,KK you know he will C/C the turn and eventually C/F river so you are losing value betting that small on the turn.

If you think he would mostly hold there KK/AA then I would likely just raise flop to 40$, bet half pot on the turn and shove river
If you think he can also have there wider range then just calling and letting him barreling air or worse hands is also an option
I would bet at least 33$ on the turn, you can likely move up to 45$ since he would very likely c/c once with overpair and c/f that river card.
If you want him crying call then bet 18-25$- I doubt he can then get away aces getting that price
