I have been stealing quite actively last hands,he has always defended his blinds passively.

Obviously I luck out and turn a set. However what would be the right play.
At the time of the play I was thinking that he could do it with Qx easily since it's BvB situation and ofcourse 6x.So I opted for a min3bet to give him still great odds and build the pot for river to go ai,but not scare him away incase he has Q,ofcourse the river is Q,which is really bad.

Now to look it again I think I should have reraised him more on turn.Since he's not calling my AI on river anyways if he has a Q and the river is blank but if I raise more on turn my AI will be a lot smaller compared to pot

      Hello Backcushion,

Yeah you could raise something like $5 and shove river but I guess it doesn't matter that much since he if he Calls the raise anyways then he is going to Call the river too but it's often better to raise it a bit bigger to make him the decision easier.

      Best regards.
