      I should probably raise a bit more on the turn because I give him 4/1. Raise to 14 would be better.

      Yep, I'd also make it a bit bigger on the turn. It doesn't need to be too big though as we want to get called by some draws/made hands.
      On the river I'd call. Imo he could even do this with some 8x hands that try to valuebet against Ax and there is basically only 87s and A8s for a full house.
      If he's loose enough preflop to have 86 in his range there are a ton of other 8x that he is valuetowning himself with anyway.

      Edit: I just saw his stats. Vs him I'd shove the rest of the money in for value. He could even show up with Ax imo.
