I raise preflop form middle position because players after me are tight.

Flop cbec, he may easily have missed that flop, have pocket pair. I should cbet bigger on drawy board, but mostly he has a pocket pair I think.

Now the turn. Can he fold better ace here? I can't represent or flush on turn, he will not believe, that happens not that often because I raised preflop. Probably he is having strong ace, Jx or flush himself on the turn so I have to give up, If he has strong ace, he often calls.

      Hello SPeedFANat1c,

Flop: CBet is totally fine to CBet since we still can get Called by any kind of draw here.
Turn: Since sometimes just Check/Folding could be a bit too weak in such situations then 2nd barreling should be fine to get us a free showdown. But against passive opponent you could even consider just Check/Fold.
River: Likely are beat since we have shown so much strength, so Check/Fold.

      Best regards.
