      Hello Smashie,

      Flop: Sometimes I tend to raise such min-bets and since he has a small stack you could also raise a bit smaller, don't have to do it that big, ~$0.40 or something similar.

      As played
      Turn: Could even consider raising it bigger but your raise size ain't wrong. His stack and play indicates to pretty bad player so I don't mind getting it in here. He could easily just have Tx type of hand with what he is capable of going broke.
      River: Likely shove and hope him to have the Tx type of hand with what he is able to go broke.
