      I don't see reason to bet flop bigger because there are not soo many draws for 3bet pot and smallish bet may induce some kind of action from bottom of his 3bet calling range.
      Don't what's best line for turn. How do you think, what kind of worse can he have there and if c/shoving is profitable move or should bet/call, bet/fold?

      You can´t b/f turn getting these odds, so I think c/rai is reasonable here.
      He would very likely need to have there AK/KQ to call down 3 streets, but he may very easily bet himself smt like JTs/99 on the turn and then call shove
      And if turn goes c/c and river is blank you can valuebet yourself 3$ and expect to be ahead most of the times
