      Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer your second starting capital as PartyPoker sent us the following error message:

      "Account is closed, deemed inactive OR a duplicate OR put on hold due to possible violation of our player Agreement"

      Please email customer support at PartyPoker: info@partypoker.com with the following message:

      "PokerStrategy.com tried to transfer $50 to my account but it didn't work for technical reasons. Please explain exactly what it is I must do or what issues need to be resolved with my account."

      As soon as you've heard back from PartyPoker, please reply to this ticket with your PartyPoker username. I will then transfer the second starting capital to your poker account.
