      Known players:

      0.01/0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant 0.90 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is CO with A:heart: , K:diamond:
5 folds, Hero raises to $0.08, BU raises to $0.24, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.52, BU calls $0.28.

      Flop: ($1.07) A:spade: , K:heart: , Q:heart: (2 players)
Hero raises $1.48 (All-In), BU folds.

      Final Pot: $2.55

Is this ok preflop? I'm quite loose late position so I guess BU's range to 3bet is quite big.

I can't really do anything but shove all in here right? Or is it worth check/raising just hoping that villain will attempt to steal the pot with whatever he could call a 4bet with?

I think pre is fine given the positions.
On the flop I'd bet $0.42.
If he has a better hand the money will go in anway and draws are very unlikely for him to have (as he 3bet and called a 4bet) so you don't need to protect.
So by betting so small, in his eyes you could theoretically still be bluffing which might get him to spazz out with some hands (not that there are many, but by shoving ourselves there's almost no chance he makes a mistake).
