      Preflop: Calling here is very close, since we really don't know the opponent I think I'd just prefer to fold, don't expect to hit that often enough to satisfy the Call. But it's doable, since it's almost minraise. But take into consideration also that for example if we hit our draw on flop then we have to pay for it a lot and maybe even have to take moves on him. So better to pay such hands on flop with smaller pot.

      Postflop: Since it's 3bet pot I don't see any good reason why we should make such a large bet here on flop, I'd make it ~$0.45 or something similar, it has the same affect, otherwise Check behind and try to improve.
