      Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      Button ($25)
      SB ($25)
      BB ($38.30)
      UTG ($25.10)
      Hero (UTG+1) ($11.59)
      MP1 ($123.30)
      MP2 ($9.52)
      MP3 ($9.22)
      CO ($22.64)

      Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q, Q
1 fold, Hero bets $1, 5 folds, SB raises to $2.75, 1 fold, Hero calls $1.75

      Flop: ($5.75) 10, J, 10 (2 players)
SB bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50

      Turn: ($10.75) J (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $3.50, SB raises to $7, Hero calls $2.84 (All-In)

      River: ($23.43) 3 (2 players, 1 all-in)

      Total pot: $23.43 | Rake: $1.17

SB is RUSH nit and has only 2.8 3bet range over 1.3K hands. I called, but I put myself in a hard spot then. I don't think the call on flop was too bad. I think reviewing the hand a check on turn would have been better and definitely a fold to the raise, apart from AK, I dont think I beat anything from his starting range and he would probably have folded it to a bet on turn. Should I have folded preflop? and if not what is the best line to adopt post flop

      Hi,

Just shove pre-flop. You want to see Ax Kx on the flop. in MSS you cant call a 3bet without being AI imo.
as played shove flop for value and protection.

with a 2.8 3betting range which hand do i beat that will call me on the turn?

he probably 3 bet with JJ+ AK (possiby TT)

the only hand I beat in that range I AK and I dont think he would call let alone raise.

      Hi,

      Player 1: 52,634 % 51,056 % 3,157 % 45,788 % JJ+, AKs, AKo
      Player 2: 47,366 % 45,788 % 3,157 % 51,056 % QQ

So your doing fine against his range. Other option would be to fold pre. Dunno the rest of your stats. If you play like 8/7 then you'd be better of to fold, but if you play more like 18/14 then I would shove for sure.

      Hey thazar,

Against such a nit I would fold. I don't think he would ever 3-bet TT here and if he 3-bets JJ+/AK you don't have the equity to go broke preflop with. Another thing, I'm also not sure he will actually 3-bet JJ here, maybe just QQ+/AK, but as T said this also depends on your own stats.

If you call pre, he will probably c/f AK when not hit meaning no extra value for you and the rest of his range still beats you anyways. You can't really outplay him postflop, so I would push or fold pre to see showdown against his range, but QQ isn't strong enough here.

      Regards,
