... FT have just introduced on demand!!!

      What a fuck up!!!

I used to play Rush 135 man SNGs - which if you got to the last few places would last about an hour and a half.

      That's the point of SNGs!!

On demand however, has late registration so in the first one I played there were 572 and 331 in the second!!

So these are now going to be like normal tournaments and last 3-4 hours!!!

There are plenty of normal tournaments - don't know why they needed to mess with this format.

      Cheers

wtf? really? sucks then, i play these when i want to chill out from my main games

EDIT: oh, and they are 45mans now. And this sucks for traffic, 1tabling fishes will always register for those which are already running.

I am not certain but I think they have also decreased the time for each limit making it much more of a fish fest.......

      Wow! these are swingy..........

only a small sample (17) but not for the faint hearted or those prone to tilt :D

just broken-even - one FT, 2 ITM - but my main point (and I repeat only a small sample) is how swingy it is.

I have a sample of 600 135 man SNGs and I finish in the top half 70% of the time - not here, I've only managed top half 40% of the time - appreciate that it could just be variance!

In 135 SNG the maniacs usually get lucky or knock themselves out in the first 10 hands - here they are popping up through to level 6!!!! The fish are having great fun cracking aces and filling gutshot straight on the river!!

      Cheers

      Jass :D

What is on demand? Just that you can register late for tournies?

No you can suggest tournaments and they might make it or smth. But I'm not sure of 100%.

But the question is how to suggest? Should I ask to support team or smth.

I seen a few threads in the FTP forums about it.

On demand - they start like SNG's when they reach predefined number of players, but they are still open for late registration.

There is new icon in Lobby for such SNG's - 'D'

this is the worst idea ever, not for fulltilt since they make their tourneys bigger but the idea of a sit and go is that it's short. if I'd want to play a 2hour+ tourney there are MTTs

thankfully I don't play them anymore, so I'm not pissed off :D

Tournament is bigger and longer (1hr and 25mins in the one at the moment and not at FT), but the regs are playing less games cos they are taking longer, so could be losing rake overall!!
