Too many Ax in his range.

      Give up on the turn.

I think 88 and lower pp-s would very often just fold to your flop bet
That leaves 99-KK that would likely fold, but that is too small range consider very often people would 4bet pf with KK-TT (especially since you´re 3-betting with K9s)so there isn´t really enough hand combos that he would flat on the flop and fold on the turn
If you picked up flushdraw I don´t mind barreling turn but without no equity c/f turn is better

Don´t think J matters that much, since you´re still beating AQ and lower Ax hands with your AK. But if you want to 3-barrel then you ahve to shove river to make fold his weaker Ax hands but I´m not sure that nl 25 players make these huge folds and you don´t really have to risk 200bb for that when player can easily have there AK or boat himself

what is your sample size? Fold to 3b of 67% usually means 2/3 samples. Given that this guy looks generally tight, I'm not crazy about the 3b pre.

I agree with the others, as played, to check/fold the turn. You can't even be sure that QQ folds here.
