Qs is not the worst card since he is not really going to c/c that board with set/two pair or flushdraw that you should worry too much you having beat
Since seems like he is going to call you down I´d bet river 15$ which bet I´d make if I want someone to fold there JJ

I'd usually reraise this preflop vs a minraise because my default assumption is, that a minraise is not that strong.
So the reraise is to isolate the player and to find out how he reacts to it (btw 15/8 means virtually nothing over 13 hands).
I expect to be able to take down the pot postflop very often.

As played I like to barrel three times, too. It's hard to say what he can call with again on the river, but imo the fact that he didn't c/r either flop or turn makes sets as well as straights very unlikely, therefore it's unlikely we're beat and for this reason we should bet for value.

With flush on board, I doubt he is check/raising straights on turn. Otherwise, thanks for the advice :)
