Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      BB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9, 9.
6 folds, BU raises to $1.50, SB folds, Hero calls $1.00.

      Flop: ($3.25) Q, 6, 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $2.45, Hero calls $2.45.

      Turn: ($8.15) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $4.00, BU calls $4.00.

      River: ($16.15) 5 (2 players)
      Hero checks, BU checks.

      Final Pot: $16.15.

Villain is 13/10/2.5 standard tagish nit from stars. His bu steal is 33%.

Now pre I just call for value.

Flop is good, there is some Q in his range but also a lot air and he cbets almost 4/5 of the time. On flop I decide for c/c and donk turn. This line is good I can balance it with sets and bluffs.

Turn is not a very good card and I can`t represent very much but of he doesn`t have a Q he is giving up most of the time, cuz I believe he is playing only his cards and doesn`t percive my range at all.

River is interesting. It is a wonderful card to bluff. There are some hand combos I sack myself with (A2, A7, 76). Again because of the fact stated above I am not sure he is folding AQ, KQ and QJ or similair if I fire 2/3 of pot. + I obviousely have some sd value.

      So what do you think?

c/c flop, donk turn is fine. Don´t thin you have there too many air, but balancing that with sets are fine, since board is so dry
I think he is not folding river AQ+ to 2/3 potsize bet, so just checking it down is fine. You can consider overbetting to 18$ that should fold out everything expect 2x or 7x
