Hi guys, I have a question.
I ve been SSSing on pokerstars since recently, when I decided to switch to BSS.
Got myself a nice deal at ipoker network, but I really dont like nothing there.
Software is slow, ugly and laggy, filters pretty much sucks, not so many profitable tables at micros( havent looked higher), and number of hands/ h is really low.
All of that creates really fucked up atmosphere and lot of resistance of playing there.
      Fuck RB!
Now am thinking to go to partypokerm but before I do that , I would like to hear what do you think which site is most optimal for playing microstakes?

      Cheers

I've only played on PartyPoker and Pokerstars but i'd say Pokerstars is a lot better for playing the micros :)

      Wriglers thx for the reply.
Yeah Stars is nice in most of those areeas.
Good player pool, awesome adoptable software, great filters and everything, but they dont offer any RB.
Thats what kinda bothers me there.
I run out of family members to create accounts for FDB and dont think I wouldnt open it on anyone else.
I ve seen those videos on micros where they play on PP, and its known as site with tons of fishes, so I thought it might me so.

There a ton of fishes at micro's at any site and generally there's more then enough tables running. Personally i prefer stars and full tilt due to good software.

When I play I play the micros and I do that on Party. The traffic is very good and I never had problems with the software.

Try playing at Microgaming for a while. After that PokerStars NL10 feels like reunion of worlds most nitty and calculating high-stakes regs.

Yeah, if you play FR.. NL10 SH is a bit different story.

If it's RB that might drive you away from Pokerstars, i'd certainly recommend staying away from PartyPoker, their VIP system sucks arse :D

imo NL10 Sh is as soft there as FR. And I felt the same when I gave a try at pokerstars, I saw tables at NL10 SH even with 4% players/flop at stars. But probably player are bad, you just need to adjust to their nitty style. At unibet I have never seen such numbers.

Why would you ever play at such table? Just sit down at different one and have a nice session. You cant judge entire player pool at NL10 SH just by your experience of seeing a table with 4% VPIP.

A 6 max table with 4% per flop sounds great - LAG it up and take advantage, those guys are playing way tighter than they should.

I play on party and FTP but much prefer FTP. With rakeback and their random bonuses (rush week, take 2, etc) I think it's one of the best deals for micro players.

i dont see why you would play the micros at FTP and stars where most players have a passing interest in poker or are genuinely trying to improve there game, when u can play On-Game or I-Poker where most players are degen gamblers from the online casinos who see no difference between poker and roulette. I would rather have the countless stacks i get from gamblers calling down with Jack high than a bit of rake back

[/quote]Mostly its due to poker pool and software for me.
As I stated in my OP betfred is the ugliest skin I ever played on not to mention other shity stuff like filters and stuff.
And it seems that I play less hands/hour there than on stars with same amount of tables.
My computer is more slow with 4 tables on ipoker than when I have 20+ on stars.
      Now compare.

PokerStars is by far the best site for micros - obviously not when it comes to "rakeback" :) I'd say it is 10 times better than FTP/PartyPoker. There is always action, always good tables, etc. - whereas FTP has like what...6-8 deep stack tables available at all time? and even then only 4-ish are filled up, compared to stars which has like plenty 50BB, 100BB and 250BB tables all day long.

basically poker rooms are either fish-friendly or reg-friendly. reg friendly rooms offer great software for multitabling, dealt rakeback method and large (tight) player pool. fish-friendly rooms on the other han try to make regs life miserable, i've heard that iPoker has even politely asked a number of winning players to leave (by freezing their accounts). fish-friendly poker rooms usually have crappy software and contributed rakebacke calculation, but guess what - they are FISHIER. :)

      Degen gamblers rarely play micro's...

I think FTP is the best for micro's until NL10 just due to getting rakeback - I recieved 7 BI's from one weeks rakeback today. Okay I put in the volume but at the micro's getting the bonuses at Stars isn't easy. NL25+ Stars all the way. Imo.

I don't get why people who are playing on micros are thinking about rakeback.

You guys should be thinking about crushing the games and moving up. You're seriously limiting your potential winnings if you rakeback whore at the micros.

IMO, playing on the tough sites are overrated. 10bb/100+rakeback is not even close to being as good as 20bb/100 without it. :)
