Hand history gone

I had a lot of hands today that I wanted to post in the BSS hand evaluation forum, but I went to import them with Elephant, and it didn't find any, so I checked the folder and it's completely empty - not only are there no new hands, but no old ones either.

      What happened?

      Hey Royaltramp,

I'm not 100% with elephant software but it may have created a new folder?
Check your old HH folder and see if the hands are there if you can remember.

      Regards,

      Kyle.

It's the original folder I was checking, completely empty. I had quite a bad run and lost 2 BI's yesterday, wanted to post my hand history, but can't find it anywhere.

Could it be an issue with PokerTracker actually? My friend bought me a copy and I was testing it out for the first time yesterday, it worked fine all day but then my hand history disappeared - and at the time I'm pretty sure all I had open was WH and PT, no Elephant.

      Hey,

PokerTracker moves the hand histories to a different folder.

      Usually the folder is: C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed

      Are the hands there?

      Cheers,
      Hannes

Aha, they are! Thanks a ton :)

Imported them into Elephant now with no problem.
