      Hello xero100,

      Since I have seen from such opponents that often minraising with just a weaker kicker in such situations, I'd Bet/Call there and reevaluate turn. Also we have position over him. :)

      Btw, might work on you, set a stop/loss for a session or so, for example -2BIs = small break to calm down and do something other, maybe overview the hands or read some articles etc. And play later on when you aren't tilted that much. Tilt isn't sometimes recognizable. Setting stop/loss did help a lot for me at the beginning when I started my career. Good luck!
