      --- I'm thinking I should have bet $0.19 (or even more?) on the flop, and $0.39 on the turn.

      Nah, your sizing is totally fine, I would have made the same, you don't have to protect from much, just let them draw if they want. Nice hand!

      Bet 0.15 on the flop to get max value, you could even bet potsize because he's not folding with any draw.

      Same goes for the turn, you should bet 0.35.
      After he checkraises there's obv not much to do but getting the money in with close to 100% equity.

      You can bet a little more on the flop to 0.12$ and a little more on the turn to 0.3$, but I think the way you played is also fine.
      Just you don´t really have that board nuts and you like also keep your wider your barreling range with draws or tp hands that you can b/f turn when he decides to raise you.
      When you pot flop and turn it is very hard him to call you down with worse hands than 9x+
      But if you think player is total calling station, then you can make your bet sizes bigger that he would call two streets with draws
