[NL2-NL10] NL10, greedy river raise w 2nd best flush?

First of all I check preflop because I rarely raise from the blinds when I face max 2 opponents (don't know if I ought).

Ok, now the river - the opponent who raises is a fish (35/5/1.2, WTSD: 37). He's not very aggressive, but I know that he's stupid enough to raise with any club. Against a TAG I'd definitely call, but here against this guy I feel like I'm missing value by merely calling, since there's a good chance that I'm ahead and he'll call me down with any club. So, I wonder if my raise was too greedy and I should've just called instead of raising?

I would raise pf, since AQ should be way ahead co limping and Sb completing range. I would also raise turn for value to 0.5$, since you should be waya head their ranges
I´d just b/c river, since players won´t really raise that often with weaker flushes and since you don´t hold nuts you can´t really shove for value
