Can I call here on flop? Now that I'm looking at it again, I don't think he could be making a continuation bet with something like AK, because he bet into so many players, but if it was heads-up, could I call this (at least the flop, then see if he bets the turn again)?

      CO: $2.08
      BTN: $1.90
      SB: $1.35
      BB: $1.00
      UTG: $2.00
      UTG+1: $2.00
      MP1: $2.05
      Hero (MP2): $2.00

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is MP2 with 9 :diamond: 9 :club:
      1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.08, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.08, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.08, SB calls $0.07, BB calls $0.06

      Flop: ($0.40) 7 :diamond: 6  3 :club: (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG+1 bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20, BTN folds, SB folds, BB folds

      Turn: ($0.80) 2 :diamond: (2 players)
UTG+1 bets $1.72 all in, Hero folds

I would also definitely call at least once, unless player is total nit.
He can raise pf worse pp, like 88/55 which he would also c-bet once and then you can check it down or maybe really c-betting into 4 people with AK/AQ, although that is not really likely.
You have to fold to turn shove, since most of the times it is aces/kings rather than pure or semibluff
