during the instalation I get an error.

Here's waht the error log (or w/e the text file is called says):

The files belonging to this database system will be owned by user "SYSTEM".
This user must also own the server process.

The database cluster will be initialized with locale Czech_Czech Republic.1250.
initdb: could not find suitable text search configuration for locale Czech_Czech Republic.1250
The default text search configuration will be set to "simple".

initdb: directory "C:/Program Files (x86)/PostgreSQL/8.3/data" exists but is not empty
If you want to create a new database system, either remove or empty
the directory "C:/Program Files (x86)/PostgreSQL/8.3/data" or run initdb
with an argument other than "C:/Program Files (x86)/PostgreSQL/8.3/data".

If anyone can help me, it would be awesome.

      Hey Tscek,

please visit this page for instructions how to completly uninstall postgreSQL from your system.

      Deinstalling PostgreSQL correctly

Then please re-install postgreSQL. You can find the installation files in the folder (installation folder).

Also, please try to use english as a language option whenever possible during the installation.
