I have the A of clubs, so basically I'd have to put him on KQ of clubs or maybe he only has a ten.

I think you can´t b/f river with straight, since your hand looks a lot like AK/AA that went pot control on the turn and now valuebetting river.
So players can turn there smt like 66 into bluff or maybe really also shoving river two pair or set, since Tx is quite unlikely.
Ofcourse if you think player won´t overbetshove river as bluffs or maybe even straight, then you can make hero fold. I would personally think most players should bet turn with their pair+fd and flushdraws to make you fold better A high hands, so I won´t b/f river, since I won´t put him on flush

Kaitz, what do you think about 3b sQueeze vs this villain?

As played, I think sets should bet the turn after you checked, so I dont think he often has a set on the river.

But KQs would play it this way for sure and given we are 200bb deep I can find a fold although we are definitely splitting some of the time.

I think it should be fine, if you think players is straight forward and you don´t up too many difficult situations postflops. My standard line would generally just call
