I didnt think its possible to get called by worse in this spot.. but you proved me wrong. The turn brings four to a straight on the flop, and if villain doesnt have the straight he probably has aces up or set.
Check raising turn is insane (without reads/history), because you're almost never getting called by worse.
      Tbh i'd bet fold turn.

Alficor1: He will hardly have set because I raised from SB. I only feared Tx and after his overbet there is question why overbet - with T he will more likely bet less so I shoved. Worse hands can call me because he already put more then half stack in pot and my line looks strange.

      Hello YourDoom,

As long he seems to be pretty passive I'd just Bet/Bet/Bet against his stack and try to protect and get value from any hands like Ax.

      Best regards.

If raised, I would just give him credit for the first time and fold...

And therefore it's better to Bet your own and protect if you are planning to continue, if not then just Check/Fold. Since we will never know whether he will bet or not if we planning to Check/Raise, we might give him just a free card.
