      Hi,

You seem to like to get yourself into trouble.

Everything points to villain being passive overall, so why do you think he would start check/minraising you with stuff that 33 beats? Even if he did, you have no idea whether he'll shutdown on the turn or not, you can't call down with 33, if he's bluffing he likely has at least two overcards to your hand so you'll lose to him pairing a quarter of the time, and you have virtually no chance of improving to beat him if you're behind with your ~3-outer.

On the turn it actually would be close if we could discount him having a lone spade, because I don't think he check/raises a flushdraw on the flop and when he bets so small on the turn it's likely he's scared of the flush too, so if we spike a 4th spade we would scoop the pot. But he can have a lone spade sometimes, so even getting these odds it might not be worth the effort.

      Hope it helps.
