      How can I extract value here best? He have 1.47 left after his turn bet.

      If you believe he is super aggressive, let him bet until river and based on remaining stack just min-raise or re-shove over his bet.

      But as played he seems to be weak on turn and even min raise might let him go off his bluffs.
      If you just call, he might want to bluf river as well. Otherwise bet on river smalish to get some PP call.

      SB is 50BB deep, so you will not have problem get it in in 3 streets.

      his turn bet surely looks weak, but he can still have 2 hearts and I have last chance to get something from him unless heart hits.
