      Micro-stakes mentality: think value-betting first. Is that guy capable of folding Qx to a river bet?

      If the answer is "likely not", just bet/fold against Qx for value.

      If the answer is "likely yes", you can't bet for value so you're indeed left with check/calling and check/folding. 27/9/1.2 semi loose/passive dude is not so likely to bluff busted draws without further reads, so I'm pretty much always check/folding to any reasonable bet unless I have a reason to put more bluffs in his range.

      As for my pick, it's on "likely not" by default.
