      Preflop: Both lines are actually, doable. Since he hasn't steal a lot then I might also sometimes just Call but either 3betting ain't wrong, our hand is pretty strong.
      Flop: As he decides to give it up now, I'd just CBet it right here and if he Calls then just give it up.

      As played
      Turn: When you tried to induce bluff from him or something similar on flop then sure, you can Call one street and reevaluate river. But it might be that he tried just to get value from a lot weaker hands and decided to not to CBet the flop since he might have hit trips or something similar. Also he could have hit the FD on turn which he nows decides to CBet. River is an easy fold.
