#1 Do I have to raise/shove flop to protect? I think yes (in fact that's the reason why I am betting the turn)
#2 Am I missing Value on the river to KQ,KJ? If I value bet what do I do to a shove? (if he has TT,KK,33 and decided top trap)

If board was Kt3 rainbow or maybe smt like K83ss then I like a little more just calling flop and shoving turn, but here I think you should raise for value and protection
Bet/calling turn is fine and I´d also shove river, since he won´t fold river Kx hand and maybe also calls down with QQ/JJ (if you won´t really shove river AK what hands would you really shove for value?)
So that means you either has there set or missed draw and missed draws are more likely
