I´d personally would isolate to 3bb the following reason.
      - I don´t mind playing pots against fishes, so I don´t mind if he c/c pf
      - If I get 3-bet I don´t have invested that much money in the pot
      - If I miss and c-bet and he calls then I don´t loose that much money
      - I can always choose when to go 2 or 3 street for value and basically get the same amount if I´d raised 4.5x pf
Postlfop is standard. He has there a lot of draws, 89/A8 that he would played the same way so bet/shove top two for value is fine
