Easy fold. Would you hold AK, I would say either push here or fold.

I would call here... even with reduced outs for yours OESD I think you get close immplied to call... and I guess your Ace outs a very clear here... On top of that, I think even your J out (at least Jd) is clear. Since I don`t see anybody checking his Q on the flop on a drawy board.

      So lets calaculate:

4 outs for OESD (I am sure in practice we will have more here)
      2 Ace outs (Ah, Ad)
      1 Jack out (Jd)

=7 outs.. just enough to call, given a little bit of immplied odds...

Seven outs, but 2 outs will give you reverse implied odds (K:spade: , K:club:)
The rest of the playing field looks wooks, so the implied odds are low in my opinion.

      So it's an easy fold.

      well, actually I discounted K:spade: K:club: 8:spade: 8:club: A:spade: J:spade: J:club: ... so 7 outs without those cards..

You forget that MP1 who is betting here the turn, might hold the Q or already a set, and maybe was planning on check-raising the flop, since he supposed that Hero would cbet here on that board in position as preflop aggressor.

So you often have to discount your Jack and Ace Outs here. Besides that, we are not last to act here, so UTG might have a strong hand here as well he is raising on the turn, since he hoped at least one will bet. He could hold 2 Pair or a straight as well.
