On flop I have strong draw so I semibluff.
On turn if he has no ace or king then I have the best hand :) But it is likely that he has king or ace. Also he could have a flushdraw like me. But I don't want him to fold weaker flushdraw.

Now on river I can win only from weaker flush. Is my bet ok on the river? Will there be flush often enough?

      Hello SPeedFANat1c,

Preflop: It's kinda problematic hand, I'd say, if you don't know good experience postflop and not many stats on the opponents then I'd rather just fold it, it will be hard to play such hand postflop and also even harder to extract value if we hit big. But it ain't that big mistake if you consider yourself playing such hands profitable.

      As played
Flop: Actually the flop ain't the best for CBet but of course it's doable, a lot of preflop calling range would fold here, even a smaller PP. But often a Kx will definitely continue and also I expect an Ace to continue here.
Turn: As we get Called I'd rather just give it up here, even if we hit our flush, they likely could have a FH here already.
River: I think the guy only Calls us with a lot weaker flush when he is very bad player, against thinking opponent I don't think it's an good idea to bet either, therefore I'd just Check/Fold it here and if he really bets into us really small and gives the odds then I might consider Calling.

      Best regards.
