      Flop: Since we have position on the short-stack, I don't mind Checking behind.
      Turn: But ye, I would likely bet here for value.
      River: But rather here, without any reads I'd Bet/Fold, he could still have some higher PP, which he is shoving. He could easily slowplaying and such a push could sometimes indicate to a such hand. Just curious, what did he have?

      Standard line, and I think which would you have taken also if you had there quads. Shoving in and hoping to get Called by some pair or FH. :)
