Villain-unknown.I dont know if I should be broking on the flop so I only call his raise. My plan is to play c/c turn. And reevaluate on the river. But how should I react to different rivers and what other ways are to play the hand?

I would play this hand the same as you. I doubt there is any reason to go broke on flop. If you shove you would isolate youself against better range cause he is probably folding here KQ,KT etc. and you want to keep his range as wide as possible.
He doesn't represent that much with his raise (I would expect him to 3-bet KK/JJ pre) so his value range is pretty narrow here 44, KJ and sometimes AK and JJ/KK when he didn't 3-bet them. My plan would be to CRAI turn maybe except Q that really improves his range.
As played you have here clear value bet on river. I would just bet bigger here around 10$ cause there is many Kx combos that will call you anyway.

i would bet 6.5-7 on the turn/ fold to a shove || bet river

as played bet like 9-9.5 on the river he is not folding Kx

      you played it fine
not too many players would raise that board with draws or just with Kx, so b/c flop and evaluating turn seems fine play
Since he checked back valuebet on the river is fine
