      Hello dondiego2000,

      Preflop: It's actually pretty close but taking into account his stack, I might even prefer to just ship it directly. And if he has the AA then just note him down, otherwise Calling his min-raise is also fine.

      Postflop: It's also kinda close, but with those odds he is giving us, we can likely Call. Otherwise on river, I'd just Check/Fold, we don't really beat that much, if he bets into us again.
