Villian is 15/11/27 after 28 hands. He had 67% cbet so his lack of cbet looks suspicious. Now the problem is river. His dbet doesn't really have any sense so I thought that I have clear value bet here. When he re-raise it sucks but he still might hit straight with KJ or backdoor flush draw or He might have QJ/KQ. I thought that push would be to thin. So should I push river here or call is ok??

28 hands, 67% cb is 2/3 hands most likely which is no sample.

I would raise it up more on the river - we dont want to fold our hand but just to get value and Qx, flush or straight will likely pay more like $7-8 at least. The 3b is pretty ugly... I think a call is fine. Our hand looks a lot like a flush, so I expect him to have a boat Quite often, but getting 4:1 I wont fold it. I think pushing is overplayed though - he can even have TT here.

1.5 turn / river bigger as Tim said and call he can sometimes have KJ Qx and sometimes AQ :D . And dont base your playing on so few hands because it can ge terribly wrong, they are only good for a general impression of you opp's game and even then they can be misleading.
