      Try to stay at 100BB (4$) at all times.

      Naah, I think folding is even fine there without any additional information. He may have hand with a lone spade, but still we have no idea about that as he may still have luckily flopped flush, A7/AJ+/77 etc. Again some information about opponent helps - like how often he donks and how does he react on later streets. If he donks often we can call and reevaluate turn, but I wouldn't raise it up as getting 3bet would suck and that wouldn't help us keeping worse hands in.
