Is my bet on the flop correct? I thought I have quite decent hand given the flop...

On the river I had a mixed thought about small value bet which looks like block bet (hoping that he will push with overpair)) But I guess I have to quit reading BSS forum) since I don`t really think you can pretend block betting with a stack of 13$ in a pot of 18$)) So I guess I lost quite value by betting so low... On other hand betting 8-10$ leaves me only 5-3$ behind and that looks way too strong, so the only option (imo) is push, which can scare him away... So I am still concerned about this one
