Villian is 16/6/20 after 756 hands. 3-bet 5% overall 8% from cutoff (sample size 26 times). I can't really call his 3-bet OOP. If he continue only AK+/QQ it is slighly +EV to 4-bet(again I expect my sample to be reasonable). The problem that he calls. Should I give him credit cause it is weak reg and he isn't really that aggro??

If 16/6 3-bets you I´d never really 4-bet JJ that spot and play for stacks
I think call pf is fine, although if you think he is very strong you can also fold.
You don´t have to stack off postflop and very reasonable line is to c/c once and then c/f if he barrels again
Once you 4-bet you have to go with your hand, so b/c flop and shoving turn is fine
