      Villian is a very weird fish, don't know his playstyle well. Usually such min-raise indicates something strong, as I was OOP it had to be fold or shove. I don't like calling the flop vs minraise and than checking/(fold) the turn. Given the small pot size, folding is not a bad idea?

      Hello ragney,

      Against such a fishy, I'd play the same way, he is capable of min-raising there easily with just Kx type of hands, maybe even with draws, therefore I'd also shove to protect from any kind of draw. And since the normal raise would be more than 1/2 of our stack I don't mind shoving directly in, I often even expect from such opponents to Call with any kind of hand here. What did he have then? :f_biggrin:

      Best regards.

      He had KQ.

      I guess I am still fine vs most fishes?

      Board: Ks 9d 2d
      Dead:

      equity win tie pots won pots tied
      Hand 0: 59.794% 59.79% 00.00% 15983 0.00 { AcAd }
      Hand 1: 40.206% 40.21% 00.00% 10747 0.00 { KK, 99, 22, AKs, KQs, AKo, KQo }

      Vs nits, I'd have to think abit more though. Especially when I am OOP.

      Against those fishes you can easily widen up the range even but ye, we are mostly doing fine against them. Against nits it would be a lot harder, loose/passive opponents would usually raise here with sets mostly and sometimes also we could include some pair.
