      You have a maximum of 10 Outs here for the straight or a set of Tens. But if your opponnent is hold QT or JTs or maybe even a set you have to discount here to maybe 7 Outs. So villain could hold a Madehand + a Draw here, where you either loose when you hit the straight (e.g. when he is on a Flushdraw) or only split the pot, if he has the same Straight.

      So I guess a fold wouldn´t be bad here.
