      Depends how loose utg is. if he is doing that with 9x or TT/JJ, sometimes bluff then shove is better, but if he is tight, then mostly you see set, so your overcards don´t really have any help. I think if you don´t have any reads b/c is usually better, since players would usually not raise in 3-bet pot unless they have strong hand
