      Villian seems to be passive fish. I am not sure about them, I've seen few passove fishes just calling with AK/AQ and not 3betting them. The maniacs shoves them of course. Is this a good shove? And fold if he was full stacked?

      Yep, totally fine to to go broke against that kind of fishy guy for 70BB, nice hand! Also definitely take a note with what he did take such a line. Min-Raise your raise.
