The Villain is a nit with 10/9 and fold vs steal 100% in 212 hands.
He obviously is someone who we want to have on our left, so I stole a ton of blinds from him.
This is the reason I stolve very loose even in this hand.
      He called me this time.
flop brings me a piece of board, which is midpair so I decided to cbet here.
      He called again.
It was clear that he likes hes hand, but hes aff is 5, so I would excpect him to re raise me at some point if he has something strong.
I put him on range of some weak pp(5,6,7) or some weak A(A3,A4 maybe even A8).
turn brings and FD for us,so I decided to bet 1/2 pot this time as blocker bet.
river is 8  which completes our flush.
ITs not strong, but we are HU so I think we have the best hand here.
      I bet he raise.
I thought for a second and put him on A8 and called .
When he showed me hes hand I felt so naive!
And the river card turned out to be the worst possbile one for me.

      Please evaluate!

      Hello Sinnology,

Preflop: The given reason that he is folding 100% his BB is stealing fine.
Postflop: Seems also to be fine since we have a lot of fold equity on turn and also our equity slightly increase with getting us a FD also. But the river is likely Bet/Fold, I don't really think that he is going to make such a shove there with just 8x being that nitty, therefore Bet/Fold.

      Best regards.
