I C-bet flop as normal. Check turn like I have an underpair with the intention of getting value from another underpair and stacking a weaker Ax. Is my play too fancy?

I suppose FD can make up a decent part of his range and I should bet to get value from that on the turn?

      Hello Meemawuk,

I am betting turn also for value & protection, I don't really like the Check behind, as played river what are you representing there? What are you hoping to get Called from? He is betting pot size bet, is way too strong but since we induce him to bluff with our Check behind on turn I am going to Call but we might time to time face a stronger hand here.

      Best regards.

Yeah he had 88 and I let him 2-outer me for free. I definitely should be betting the turn here. Self-stacked :-(
