      wp, imo. What's the problem? its a nice hand. If he had an overset, thats life, you can't really lay down a set because of that, because he coulve had 2 pairs or sumtin.

      First in from CO, I would raise 22 preflop. On flop you have to protect your hand against flushdraw & straightdraws, so I would reraise SB on flop to ~4$ and go all-in on turn. Only JJ & KK beats you on flop, and those hands seem very unlikely for SB to have.

      preflop:
      you should raise 22 preflop. openlimping UTG might be okay. But in CO/Bu there ist just raise or fold.
      Your 0,3$ bet is fine, but you must reraise his raise on the (drawy) flop. So reraise too 4$ and call a push or push the turn on your own, if he calls.
