      Flop - try to take down pot with my pair.

      Turn - he is probably folding weak pairs and with high draw he has good equity so I don't bet.

      Preflop: Actually it's kinda close, I'd prefer to have more limpers in the pot, to get greater odds and also the hands playability is mostly only for flushes only. Therefore I might even consider folding better, but of course it's doable.

      Flop: Kinda close actually against such loose opponents, they tend to Call with so wide range here. Therefore to avoid any further mistakes I might even prefer to just Check/Fold being in multiway pot. Could consider if having TP.

      Otherwise your reason are fine, and I'd also block-bet the river.
