Hello Veriz. In this hand I raised on the flop to see where I stand, after his 3bet I gave him credit for a set or at least 2pair. Should I have just called to see the turn card and his reaction? Thanks.

      Hello phidelity,

The raising doesn't make sense, since we ain't planning going broke and there is no need to find out where we stand. Also it's a freeplay I wouldn't really fight over such a pot, sometimes if I see the opponent being more passive one then I sometimes even just fold it right on flop to avoid further mistakes. But definitely it's possible to continue here since people tend to Bet out also with hands like any kind of draw and also might be just Tx also. So therefore you could Call and reevaluate turn.

      Best regards.
