Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BU:
      $1.94
      SB:
      $2.37
      BB (Hero):
      $2.39
      MP2:
      $0.84
      MP3:
      $3.09
      CO:
      $1.23

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4, 4.
      MP2 raises to $0.07, MP3 folds, CO calls $0.07, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.05.

      Flop: ($0.22) A, 4, 3 (3 players)
Hero bets $0.12, MP2 folds, CO folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0.22.

So I make my set on the flop, then donk bet out of position. A check/call or check/raise would have been a better play here right?

      Hello Hilto,

Actually expect the MP2 to Bet then it wouldn't even wrong if your plan would be to Check/Raise, but ain't wrong either if you decide to just donk out either, but I would bet bigger there, ~$0,18. Since we want to protect also.

      Best regards.
